Personalized consulting, coaching and mentorship for executives and managers in critical areas of importance to assist in building and expanding business enterprises.  Moreover, the delivery of services should be tailored to individual needs based on agreed upon principles and values and made available through a flexible model and affordable compensation structure.  

One-on-one coaching for individuals based on agreed upon areas of need with “on call" availability throughout the engagement.  Initial assessment meetings are conducted without charge.  A monthly retainer is established based on the scope of the engagement, business risk, and opportunity.
